At the invitation of its founder, sociologist and aerospace journalist Roberto Pinotti, The Out-of-Body Travel Foundation has established an institutional alignment with the Global Disclosure Project. Marilynn Hughes has been appointed to the project’s international College of Legates to facilitate this long-term archival collaboration, which focuses on the systematic digitization, preservation, and database integration of global historical archives.

The overarching Global Disclosure Project initiative includes among its College of Custodians prominent international figures, including former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon, Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb, author and researcher Whitley Strieber, and astrophysicist Eric W. Davis. Additionally, the project’s broader international registry encompasses an extensive network including Eamonn Ansbro of Ireland, Robert Fleischer of Germany, Donald Schmitt of the United States, Thiago Ticchetti of Brazil, and various other authoritative researchers representing regional ufological archives around the world.
